Mafia Manager is designed as a local-first app for organizing and moderating Mafia party games. This policy explains what information the app uses, why it is needed, and the choices you have.
Information the App Uses
The app may use player names, selected contact details, phone numbers, game configurations, role assignments, round logs, votes, results, app preferences, and SMS message templates. Contact information is accessed only when you grant permission and use contact-based player selection.
Contacts and SMS Permissions
Contacts permission is used to help you search for and select game participants. SMS permission is used to send role assignment messages to selected players. Mafia Manager does not need these permissions for every feature, and you can disable them in your device settings.
How Information Is Used
Your information is used to create games, assign roles, send role notifications, track rounds, calculate outcomes, store game history, and prepare post-game summaries or AI-ready recap prompts.
Local Storage
Game data is stored locally on your device using app storage. You can delete games in the app where supported, clear app data through device settings, or uninstall the app to remove locally stored data.
Sharing
Mafia Manager does not sell personal information. The app may share data only when you intentionally use device features such as SMS, clipboard, browser launch, or the native share sheet. For example, if you share an AI-ready game prompt with another app, that destination app handles the data under its own policy.
Security
No app can guarantee perfect security, but Mafia Manager limits data use to the features needed for game setup, moderation, notifications, and summaries. Keep your device secured and avoid sharing role summaries with services you do not trust.
Children's Privacy
Mafia Manager is intended for game hosts and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can review the concern.
Your Choices
You can deny or revoke contact and SMS permissions, delete stored games where available, clear app data from device settings, choose not to use sharing features, or uninstall the app.
